Purpose of the service
GetHotelProof (hereinafter "the Service") is published by a French micro-enterprise. The Service allows users to obtain a PDF hotel booking confirmation document for visa applications.
The generated document is based on real hotel availability verified at the time of order. It contains a genuine hotel name, address, and authentic booking reference.
Pricing and payment
The service pricing is as follows:
- $12.90 per city (first guest included)
- +$5.00 per additional guest
- One-time payment by card via Stripe (no subscription)
Delivery
The PDF document is generated instantly after payment confirmation and sent by email to the address provided during the order.
The PDF is also downloadable from the order confirmation page. The document remains permanently accessible via the download link.
Refund policy
If the PDF has not yet been downloaded, a full refund is possible upon request at [email protected].
Once the PDF is downloaded, refund requests are handled case-by-case within 48 business hours. A refund may be refused if the document has been viewed or used.
Liability
GetHotelProof generates confirmations based on real hotel availability. However, the Service does not guarantee that the hotel will maintain availability after document generation.
The user is solely responsible for the use of the document with consular authorities. GetHotelProof cannot be held liable for a visa refusal.
Personal data
The data collected is strictly necessary for providing the service. It is processed in compliance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
You can request the deletion of your data at any time via [email protected] or through the dedicated endpoint.
Intellectual property
The entire website, its structure, code, texts, and graphic elements are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the publisher's registered office, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
Modification of terms
The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. Orders placed before the modification remain subject to the terms in force at the time of the order.
