What information do I need to provide?

Can I get a confirmation for multiple cities?
Yes. You can add multiple cities to a single order. Each city generates a separate hotel confirmation page in your PDF. Additional cities cost $12.90 each.
What is your refund policy?
If you haven't downloaded your PDF yet, contact [email protected] for a full refund. Once the PDF is downloaded, refunds are handled case-by-case within 48 hours.
Is my personal data safe?

Do I need to actually stay at the hotel?
